Plumlines – The Family Tree
As described on the Home page, the tree is in the early stages of development but with everybody’s help it should take root and spread out (did you like what I did there, corny or what?)
The Tree is in a very early stage of growth at the moment and there are many gaps in the information covering many of the people featured, these gaps should be filled as I speak to more of you in the not too distant future . I confess that when I began work I would have been content to have gone back to Great Grandparents on each branch of the Plummer family, I hadn’t realised just how addictive the whole thing would become and discovering names going back further without recourse to the Official Archives took me somewhat aback. With a little feedback we can surely get back to the Norman Conquest!
As my knowledge and collection of photographs increase, I’ll inert a separate page devoted to each Family Branch surname with their stories and images, starting with the Plummers naturally.
Thanks to the input of Dave Stone and more recently, Bert Enright and then Joan Butler and Shirley Bennett, so much has opened up. Bert sent me the photograph below, which is of the wedding group at the marriage between Lettie Plummer and Tom Costella. Bert was able to identify 22 of the family members, that leaves 17 for the rest of us to name.

I reckon the rest of the names here will come easily for some of you, the obvious omission in the caption being Kit and Don, I thought that unnecessary.
